A comprehensive book that helps you go from “We’re having a baby?!” to “We have our perfect childcare plan in place!” This is a theory-backed, research-informed guidebook that holds your hand through evaluating your true budget, your childcare values and needs, and the resources in your community. This book will help you steward your resources and embody your values as you become an ethical consumer of the best possible childcare for your child. You will benefit from my two decades of childcare experience, and graduate-level research into what helps families thrive.

Signature Package – $595

This collection of services will take you from thinking about hiring a nanny to a clear vision of your perfect nanny, a strong and insightful understanding of your unique needs and circumstances relating to hiring and employing a nanny, and a specific road map to finding and hiring the perfect candidate.  I will take into account your budget, needs, values, lifestyle, parenting style, and goals for each of your children. The package includes:

  • Initial consultation: 60-90 minutes over phone, Zoom, or FaceTime
  • A bespoke document guiding you to your perfect nanny featuring:
    • Write-up of your needs and a vision of your perfect nanny candidate
    • A synopsis of your values, must-haves, and nice-to-haves
    • A step-by-step plan to find, interview, and hire your perfect candidate including:
      • A carefully worded ad and suggestions on where to find your best candidates
      • Specific-to-you screening methods for weeding out good candidates from the bad
      • A guide to interview your candidates, including questions designed to find out what you really want to know, based on your particular needs
      • A sample compensation package based on your budget and the job you need filled, with explanations and areas of flexibility emphasized

  • One follow-up call of up to 30 minutes to answer any questions you have along your path to finding your perfect nanny.

A La Carte Consultation – 1 hour – $150

(note: if you have no idea if a nanny is right for you and want to discuss whether hiring a nanny, period is the best choice for your family, please book an a la carte consultation call. If you choose to then book the Signature Package, you will receive $100 off the Signature Package due to the effective groundwork we will have already established)
